Lupo & Associates started in 1983 as an energy efficient lighting engineering, design, and construction company. During that time Don Lupo has belonged to Association of Energy Engineers, been awarded the Certification of "Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional" in 1996 and one of the first to obtain that honor. Mr Lupo is also a Federally Cert... ified Green Lights Auditor. Mr. Lupo has served on boards of several utility companies related to rebates and other regulatory issues. Mr. Lupo is highly qualified to complete projects from initial audit, energy calculations, design, compliance with a all Federal, State, Local requirements( including the newly highly restrictive Title 24 which starts January 1, 2014 to reduce state wide energy use by 30% over previous Title requirements), rebate / incentive calculations, and construction of the total projects.
