Lumaship

Lumaship Srl is a private ship-owning/ship-management company based in Naples, Italy and specialised in LPG Petrochemical transportation. The Company holds a DOC approved for Portuguese Flag and Italian Flag. The Company started in 2011 operating two vessels, the MV Luke and the MV Matthew, Portuguese Flag, which are trading worldwide (details of t... he vessels are reported in section Fleet). In December 2012 Lumaship took further two vessels on long term BB contract; the first one, the MV Ceska, entered Lumaship's fleet on 20 th December 2012, whilst the second one, the MV Maddy, entered Lumaship's fleet on 21st March 2013. The organization consists of 19 Employees, all of them with large experience in the shipping sector and in LPG Transportation in particular. The operating team is managed by the Company DPA, Capt Cassavia, who has more than 30 years of experience in this field (details in section Organization). The Company enjoys first class relationship with Class Societies, International Registries, Banks, Major Oil and Chemical Companies, Suppliers, Agencies, Insurances and Brokers. On the commercial side, Lumaship has established first class relationship with first class companies like CSSA, Stasco, Cepsa, Petrogas, Repsol, SHV, Essar, Preem and many others. Actually the MV Ceska is on term employment with Messrs Cepsa, trading between south Spain and Canary Islands; instead MV Maddy is on term employment with Messrs Petrogas trading cabotage between Canary Islands.
