Lordon Property Management Inc. is a subsidiary of the Goldenberg Group of Companies which, over a span of over a half century, constructed and managed thousands of residential apartment rental units in the City of Toronto, and the boroughs of North York and Scarborough. In addition to their residential projects, the Goldenberg family developed, co... nstructed, and managed numerous retail commercial and industrial buildings throughout Southern Ontario. In fact, the Goldenberg family was one of the first developers to begin servicing and constructing the industrial base in the Woodbine & Denison and Esna Park areas of the town of Markham, Ontario. Beginning in the late 1980's, the Goldenberg family launched a development and construction company that serviced and built thousands of homes in the Greater Toronto Area and Denver, Colorado, as well as numerous retail commercial projects within the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Throughout the last decade, the Goldenberg family added prime commercial properties to their portfolio in the Oakville, Kitchener and Waterloo markets, all of which remain under the management of Lordon Property Management Inc.
