Established in 1981 by Gordon Longwell, LTA has grown steadily in size, capabilities and experience. In 1984 Cory Trapp joined the firm and in 1999 became a partner. With decades of experience, LTA has evolved into a multi-disciplined firm that serves a broad range of clients throughout the northwest over the past 30 years. Our diverse clientele has allowed us to provide architectural, planning, and interior design services on a wide variety of project types including government, educational, municipal, offices, medical, mixed use, retail, financial, religious, historical, multi-family and single family residential.
