LoneStar Fasteners is proud of its in-house plating and coating services for corrosion prevention; including zinc electroplating and Fluoropolymer® coating systems. To ensure the highest possible product quality LoneStar operates a fully registered quality management system to ISO 9001:2008 standards in all facilities and consistently implements rigorous destructive and nondestructive performance testing. On the manufacturing level, regular conformance checking is conducted by quality control specialists in order to monitor product consistency. Once Quality approves the products they are stamped with a unique 3-letter heat code to ensure product traceability. Our employees total over 300 years in sales, manufacturing and coating experience, covering all aspects of the manufacturing and distribution of fasteners for the energy, power, OEM, military, aerospace, engineering and construction markets.
