Local Color is an independently owned and operated Fine Art Materials Shop/Frame & Design Studio/Gallery, located in a distinctive historic landmark building, on Cathedral Hill in St. Paul. Local Color's vision embraces the full range of human experience, through fusion of the arts -- architectural space, composition, motion, sound, movement, light... -- unifying all the arts into a single medium of artistic expression*, thereby developing a greater understanding of materials, techniques, and their potentials, through collaboration between the arts, science, technology, business, and the public.
