Victor has been an active member of the union for twenty two years. He is a former United States Marine, Veteran of the Vietnam War, and a Retired Lieutenant of the NYPD. He also serves as the President of the Executive Board. Victor has an innate sense of leadership. He has successfully negotiated numerous health care contracts for the past twenty... years. He is married and the father of three. Robert (Bob) has been an active member of the union for over twenty five years. Former President of LOCAL 139, former Health Fund Manager, as well as a member of the Executive Board, Bob makes it a point to visit the membership on a consistent basis. Bobs deep-seated keen sense of negotiating contracts includes factories, health care facilities, and retail. He is married and the father of two. Joseph has been an active member of the union for fifteen years. Joseph serves as Health Fund Manager and member of the Executive Board. Josephs intuitive negotiating skills in the healthcare field are outstanding. Joseph prides himself on his hands-on approach by making himself readily available to all of the members. He is married and the father of two. Mitchell has been an active member of the union for twenty years. He serves as the Pension Fund Manager and Health Fund Trustee for LOCAL 298. In addition to providing members with the standard pension, Mitchell was an instrumental part of implementing an annuity plan, allowing employees to set aside a percentage of their pretax wages for retirement. Mitchell is easily accessible to the membership on a regular basis. He is married and the father of two. Randy is the newest member to join LOCAL 298. He serves as the Head of the Union Organizing Committee and Interpreter.
