LM Consultants, Inc. was formed in Chicago in 1995 by Gregory E. Lehn and Thomas J. McNamara, two experienced professional engineers who have worked together performing property condition assessments and construction consulting services on hundreds of properties of all types and sizes throughout North America since 1984. In 1998, LM Consultants, Inc. acquired Daniel Karlin Associates, Inc., an architectural consulting firm founded in 1970 with roots as an architectural design firm dating back to 1931. To serve the needs of our ever increasing client base, we have added experienced architects, engineers, environmental scientists, and construction managers to our staff and have opened new offices.
