We want each of our clients to have the best experience possible with our office procedures and to insure this, we offer our exclusive Clinic Orientation Class. Here is how it works: We have all our new clients attend a free class at the office. These classes are held the first and third Tuesday of each month. The class takes about 35 minutes. We e... ducate our clients in advance to our philosophy, what we do, how we do it and does it make sense to them. We discuss the first and second visit, our testing procedures which are all non-invasive, how we monitor your case to insure the best possible outcome, how long it may take, the cost and what we expect from the client-their part in the process. For attending the class, the initial visit and the follow-up Report of Findings are complimentary. Thats right, there are no fees incurred for the first two visits. We do this because we are committed to making certain we are a great match for each other. For our out-of-town clients, this class is available by way of viewing a DVD. This DVD is available upon request. We only accept cases that we believe from our experience are a great match for our Naturopathic Protocols. We know that there are two things at stake in this relationship, your health and our reputation. We will not jeopardize either by accepting a case that we can not handle.
