*Live Your Yoga School is a nationally recognized Registered Yoga School. Bringing over 15 years of teaching and training experience to this diverse school is Athena Engelman, the founder and lead teacher trainer. Formerly of Cloud Nine Yoga School, Athena has been certifying yoga teachers at the advanced 500 level since 2008. In 2014 her dreams of... opening her own yoga school began to percolate. In 2015 Live Your Yoga School became a RYS with Yoga Alliance, a nationally recognized organization for yoga students and teachers. *Live Your Yoga School was created as a way to bring yoga to all populations and demographics from inner city youth to movement restricted seniors and everyone in between. Special attention is given to the movement and form of the human body, anatomical functions, its limitations and injuries. Through education and practice, we can take our practice beyond our mats.
