Live Well Coaching

Living Well should be joyful and fun. I practiced social work in my former life but it just didnt cut it. Years of working with children and families, I could resource, refer, empower and enable with the best of them but it was rare to see lasting change. It was as if I was helping my clients to fit round pegs into square holestrying to make family... needs fit into a myriad of supports and services. AND. It rarely worked, especially for the longterm. I heard their overwhelming feelings of frustration. There had to be another way. Learning about coaching, specifically as a companion to social work, was like a lightbulb went on. Listening, reflecting, drawing out a clients deeper beliefs and hopes, their goals and dreamsthis was powerful! This was holding peoples thoughts and beliefs as valued and important. Coaching in health and wellness is a passion that has been steadily building in my work for many years. I believe in meaningful conversations. I believe in supporting people without judgment. I believe in honoring my clients hopes and dreams. I want to share the joy and fun in living from a place of wellness. I believe that supporting even one person in finding their healthiest self will help start a movement for wellness for all.
