Little Lambs

LITTLE LAMBS has been licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services Division of Licensing Programs since March 1985. We offer a quality preschool curriculum for ages 2 to 5. We provide a loving and stimulating environment for Infants and Toddlers and an enriching program for Before and After School Children, Kindergarten and Summer Camp. O... ur ages range from 6 weeks to 12 years. Infants and Babies class - 6 weeks to 15 months, Toddler class - 15 months to 24 months, 2's class - 2 years and potty training, 3's class - 3 years and potty trained, 4's class - 4 years, Pre-Kindergarten class - 4 - 5 years and will enter Kindergarten the following year. The ages for the Before and After School Program and Kindergarten range from 5 years old to 12 years old. The ages for Summer Camp range from 5 years old (must have completed kindergarten) to 12 years old. We present an educational, challenging and creative curriculum in our preschool classes. Activities stress Phonics, Science, Art, Math and Music along with lessons in Health, Safety and Manners. Our program includes a safe and healthy learning environment for children. Little Lambs provides activities that promote physical, creative, cognitive and self-esteem development. It is our goal that children are encouraged to develop communication, problem solving and social skills. Little Lambs offers activities for children to learn respect for others and accept diversity. Little Lambs offers Computer and Spanish classes, field trips and animal shows. Our teachers and staff are educated, experienced, loving, and capable. They welcome you at anytime to visit the classroom and encourage you to share openly any ideas you may have. We encourage parents and the community to get involved with the educational process.
