The business has since expanded to include niece Sara Slaughter and son Michael Lawrence and added a sizeable online air conditioning store. As a family business, our primary concern is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers rather than our boar... d members or shareholders. We stock parts for most major brands of air conditioners and heat pumps and maintain an in-house repair shop which provides free diagnoses.
