Richard joined The Lipton Group in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer, managing the financial strategy and operations of a vast portfolio of both residential and commercial real estate. Richard holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from The University of Michigan. After earning his CPA and working in Public Accounting, he has spent the past 25... plus years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining The Lipton Group, Richard worked as a financial analyst for a large west coast home builder before returning to St. Louis as the Controller for a commercial contractor where he focused much of his attention on subsidized housing development under several HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs. Sara is the leader of our property management team. She has more than 25 years' experience in property and asset management organizations in roles such as Vice President of Multi-Family Assets, and Director of Asset Management. Her oversight has included development, construction monitoring, lease up and stabilized portfolios from 1,400 to over 17,000 units. Sara earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri St. Louis. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C4P) certifications. Mandi has nearly 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. She has worked in a variety of submarkets in Missouri and Illinois, including St. Louis, Columbia, Kansas City, and St. Clair County. Mandi has worked on newly constructed properties, mature assets, complete renovations, and repositioned apartment communities - both market rate and tax credit.
