We find this absolutely necessary, since e... very project has different criteria, which cannot be standardized or duplicated for another client. While we are a new company, we are financially sound. We can deal with performance guarantees for our clients with ease. Our teams offer centuries of combined expertise. We hire the best talent in the trade, almost all of whom are multilingual. Lionheart team members are available around the clock, and we do not tolerate "civil servant" attitudes, where the pencil is dropped at close of normal business hours. While we all live in a "Global Village", time differences will always exist, and we know, that a client - at times - cannot wait for information to flow because of office closure at the other side of the globe. Lionheart Project Managers are mobile and encouraged to attend route surveys. No map - especially for remote parts of the world - can give a clear picture of potential obstacles, equipment availability and peculiar local conditions, may they be political or cultural. Surveys are done free of charge for viable projects. We also attend load surveys for heavy lifts/out-of-gauge cargo at ports of origin. Documentation provided by us is impeccable. We recognize, that simple mistakes in documentation can put crucial equipment on "Customs Hold" at a destination port which can result in costly delays and/or Customs fines.Read More
