She is licensed to practice in Virginia and Pennsylvania and provides specialized admiralty and maritime law counsel to law firms, corporate counsel, and marine insurers throughout the United States and abroad. Jessica is Vice-Chair of the Maritime Law Association International Organizations Conventions and Standards Committee and a member of its Proctor Admissions Committee.
