Kim Graham brings 10 of experience and insight as a Mediator and a Conflict Communication trainer to the field of Dispute Resolution. As a graduate of Saint Leo University and co-owner and operator of Limitless Possibilities Mediation Services, LLC, Kim is in a unique position to guide a wide range of individuals through the dispute resolution proc... ess with outcomes that benefit all involved. Over the years as a Mediator, certified by the Virginia Supreme Court, Kim has mediated both civil and family cases. Those cases included disputes between landlord and tenants, homeowner associations and homeowners, businesses and consumers and family issues such as custody, visitation and support and separation agreements. As a trainer, Kim has provided education and guidance in Conflict Resolution to numerous Non-Profit Organizations and businesses throughout the Hampton Roads Area. As co-owner of Limitless Possibilities Mediation Services, LLC, Sara McAllister has a strong passion for helping people find peaceful resolutions to their conflicts. She has been a Supreme Court certified Mediator since 2000. She received her mediation training at Christopher Newport University while pursuing a degree in Governmental Administration and Leadership Studies. Sara is a former staff member of the Virginia Conflict Resolution Center (formerly the Community Mediation Center). For over 19 years she mediated disputes, served as the Mediation Coordinator, Community Outreach Coordinator, Director of Operations and trainer at VCRC. Sara has mediated both civil and family cases. Those cases include disputes between landlords and tenants, businesses and consumers and family issues such as custody, visitation and child support and separation agreements.
