About Lighthouse
Lighthouse is a photographic print studio and darkroom in North London. We offer archival inkjet and giclée prints, file preparation for publication, scanning, editioning and black and white darkroom printing and processing. It is run by Mike Crawford; specialist printer, photographer and published author. Recent clients include the National Portrait Gallery, Photographer's Gallery, Paris Photo and Les Recontres d'Arles Festival. The lab was founded in 1988 by renowned photographer, the late Christopher Joyce and Jonathan de Villiers. Mike has been running the company since 1993, in which time the majority of photographic practice has changed from traditional to digital. He continues to work in both mediums, believing that a knowledge of one process directly improves the skills of the other.Explore more
