LIFETIME Care at Home is an affiliate of VNA Community Healthcare, a visiting nurse association with a 100 year history of service. Experienced visiting nurses are available to consult with LIFETIME Care at Home staff on the development of the best client care plan or to address medical issues that arise when the client's condition changes.
