We chose these 3 systems of motor learning and training because they bring a higher success rate in education, and they provide a very efficient base. In our course the original exercises created by Joseph Pilates are learned and analyzed in terms of their health indications and benefits compared with our evolved method. Our method provides a repertoire of exercises tailored to different personal profiles and provide valuable assessment materials. Life Pilates is characterized by our teachings of the original or classic method and for the approach that applies global mobility and segmental mobility adapted to each individual according to their physical, motor, structural and morphological qualities. The content of this program is focused on the healthy population and apparently healthy for preventing loss or impairment of physical condition and promoting overall health.
