About Life Education Activity Programme

Life Education Activity Programme (LEAP) was established in Hong Kong in 1994 to provide positive and sequential health-based drug prevention programmes to primary and secondary students, including those in Special Needs Schools. LEAP's programmes are endorsed by the Hong Kong SAR Government's Education Bureau, the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau and the Tobacco Control Office of the Department of Health. Over the past 20 years, LEAP's programmes have been taken to local and international schools, helping students to establish a healthy lifestyle and say "No" to drugs. LEAP also runs a Parent Programme which aims at equipping parents with the skills to help their children establish positive values and prevent substance abuse. LEAP currently operates nine mobile classrooms and one static centre - the Andy Lau Static Centre.Explore more
