Liberati Brewery & Restaurant, opening in the summer of 2018, is an authentic Italian restaurant with a brewery producing revolutionary Italian-style grape beer. Founder, Alex Liberati, is a successful Italian entrepreneur who got his start in 2007 by opening Brasserie 4:20 in the heart of Rome. Considered one of Italy's finest craft beer bars, Bra... sserie 4:20 has served some of the rarest, most-sought-after beers from Italy, Europe, and around the globe. Not long after opening 4:20, Alex founded Revelation Cat Brewing which challenged Italian palates with bold, powerful beers unheard of in Italy at the time. In 2014, Alex decided to search for a new place to explore his vision. Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Alex wanted to bring the best of his homeland with him. After a lengthy search process he decided to plant his roots in Denver. But he didnt come alone.
