Marty serves on the LGS ESOP board of directors and is responsible for developing and implementing business strategy for all five LGS ESOP companies. Marty holds a Masters in Management and a B.A. in Management. He is a Master Black Belt in lean Six Sigma, author of seven novels, and is a decorated combat veteran of the U.S. Navy SEALs. Adam serves on the LGS ESOP board of directors and is responsible for designing innovative financial solutions that allow the ESOP companies to grow and thrive. Adam holds a B. S. in Accounting from William Jewell College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kristy directs and leads all aspects of LGS Management Groups accounting, finance, banking, and human resource activities for all three operating companies.
