Lee is a reputable leader with more than 30 years of progressive Operations, Human Resources and Sales experience, and has spent the last 14 years in executive positions in Banking, Dental, Education Technology (SaaS), Robotics and AI, and the Medical and Biotech field. His diverse background has allowed him to serve in positions as a Director, VP and COO for several companies and he has helped startups, private and publicly traded organizations. Lee began his career in the Naval Submarine Force back in the early 80s, where he honed his skills as a leader. At one point, he was accountable for the well being of six submarine crews. Following his retirement in early 2000s, he was immediately hired as the VP of HR for Central Pacific Bank and was responsible for managing the first hostile acquisition that had occurred in Hawaii in over 30 years. Following the successful completion, Lee relocated to Austin where he consulted for such companies as Dell, DHMS, IndyMac Bank and HUB International before being hired as the COO of FastPath LLC, an educational technology company that provided online learning for over 40K students across the United States. He also managed over a 1000 employees. Since then, Lee has served as a fractional COO and On-Demand executive for numerous companies, providing support in all areas of the organization.
