Norman was working as a crane operator for many years, but in 2013 lost his right eye in a nonwork-related injury. This led to Norman having to give up his career crane operating. With a lot of determination he took his many years experience in the crane industry and built Leverage Training. Norman now runs leverage and enjoys his career in workplace safety, ensuring others can have a safe working environment and ultimately return home to their families safely.
