Level3 Technology

Level 3 Technology has been providing IT support for our company for close to two years. They are incredibly responsive and in the event that an issue cannot be resolved remotely, they provide on site support, usually on the same day. They have gone above and beyond just good customer service for us. When our office was virtually wiped out by Hurri... cane Sandy, the Level 3 team worked for several days, including a weekend, hours at a time, on site for no extra charge, to get us set up and running again. We have never had an outstanding or unanswered support request with Level 3 Technology. From a simple question, to significant network issues, to software recommendations, we can count on Level 3 at any time, in a pinch, in an emergency, they always take time out to get it done. Our previous provider was a large company, where different departments in various states handled various IT issues, resulting in a very time logged and frustrating experience.
