Knock knock. Whos there? Lettuce. Lettuce who? Lettuce in its cold outside. I love that silly joke and have loved salads since I was a child. I used to tell my family that someday I would open a shop that served healthy salads and call it Lettuce In. I am very excited to say I have now realized two of my dreams, co-founding a school, where I was an... educator for 23 years, and now The Lettuce Inn * . The Lettuce Inn was founded with the aim of inspiring people to work healthy meals into their day, with delicious salads, sandwich wraps, soups and even pies! Our food is comprised of many of the superfoods so essential to good health. We use farm fresh non-GMO, organic ingredients, and we are known serving healthful food that tastes too good to be healthy, and for our commitment to providing vegan and raw-vegan options. We know that once children taste veggies they love them but getting them to try is a little tricky. Visiting the Lettuce Inn is a great way to introduce your little ones to try new fruits and veggies.
