Rikki was super helpful in guiding me and walking me through the process of sleep training and night weaning by baby! She is always available to answer questions! She is super through and sweet! First and foremost she made me feel so empowered in our initial conversation, she guided me with how to create the best sleep environment for my baby and then once we spoke she created a typed, detailed schedule.
