***Can I make changes to my order? 1. In order to meet our same day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM PST deadline, we cant guarantee an order can be changed once its been placed, we will make every effort to do so. When your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email from your carrier. You will receive a second email with an invoice including your tracking information for your shipment. 2. Please use your preferred carrier tracking feature to find the latest progress of your package. ***How is the freight cost calculated for my order? 1. The freight cost will be determined by the following information; a) Service type: commercial or residential address classified by USPS, b) Insured value, c) Weight of the package, d) Dimension of the package, e) Package options such as C.O.D., f) Freight carrier. ***What to do if my order arrives late, is lost, or the item(s) inside the package is damaged in transit? 1.
