Dress code: requesting jackets for gentlemen, smart attire for all. Les Nomades began as a private dining club founded by legendary restaurateur and Serbian aristocrat Jovan Trboyevic. In 1993 upon the retirement of Mr. Trboyevic, Mary Beth Liccioni assumed ownership. The Club was opened to the public in 1996 The Chef, Roland Liccioni, born in Viet Nam, was raised and trained in France as well as in England at the Roux Brothers three Michelin starred "Waterside Inn". He has been cooking in the United States since the late 70's. His fresh expression of French Cuisine is influenced by his roots in southeast Asia (including travel in Thailand), experiences in the United States, and of course his rigorous classical French training. Chef Roland is a sportsman and avid and active gardener, growing much of the restaurant's produce himself during the Midwestern growing season on his five acre organic rural suburban property.
