Lengard is a regional contractor based north of the M25 in Harlow, Essex. The company was founded in 1964 and has remained in family ownership throughout. We service the South East of England, carrying out principally refurbishment/alteration schemes with some new build. Most of our work is in occupied premises - schools, housing, listed buildings, museums, public buildings - and our site managers are all experienced in working round residents, teachers, pupils and office workers. By specialising in refurbishment and alteration works, we understand that unexpected problems will arise throughout the works and this requires a greater amount of management on site. Our managers have been with us for many years and are highly skilled in the process.
