Concurrent with the 1988 Constitution, the firm has actively participated in some of the most important legal discussions which arose from the enactment of the new Letter. We were pioneers in the adoption of many of the new approved legal provisions in the country, like the new bankruptcy law and the law which rules the arbitration courts. The firm was founded in 1991, in a small office in the city of São Paulo with four partners who came from great private companies.
