Leigh Family practice serves the population of Leigh, Higher Folds, Westleigh and Pennington Areas (as defined in the practice map) and has currently three sites, at Bridgewater Medical Centre, Wigan Road Surgery, and Higher Folds surgery. Soon our site at Leigh Infirmary will also be operational. Our team includes 1 Clinical Director and 3 GPs, 3... practice nurses (including 2 Specialist Practitioner and Minor Illness & Injury nurses), a practice manager, a reception manager and all the Administration Team. We offer a full general practice service and offer a full range of specialist clinics as shown on this website. At Leigh Family practice, we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel it is important you know who you are speaking to, so our practice staff wear a name badge and identify themselves on the telephone. If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from all our receptions or by downloading the New Patient Questionnaire form below.
