A high-quality education will have the greatest impact if it starts at a very early age, embraces the individual learning styles of each child, and emphasizes personal, as well as academic, growth that focuses on the whole child. In the 21st Century, people with a college education will continue to have far more choices and opportunities; therefore elementary education should motivate and begin to prepare scholars for success in college. A high-quality education must teach the foundations of a just society, ethics, and values that prepare and encourage scholars to participate in the global community with wisdom, understanding, and honesty.
