All projects are managed by us and our construction management team. We have been in the building business since 1984 and our specialty is custom homes ranging in size from 2,500 to 8,000 sq. feet. They are priced from the mid 200Ks to over 2M. The communities include Shavano Park, Deer Field and Fair Oaks in San Antonio and Williamsburg Settlement, Nottingham Country, City of Katy, Weston Lakes and surrounding large track land in west Houston.
