About Learning Is For Tomorrow
Many adults struggle with daily skills, such as understanding job applications, helping their children with homework, reading a rental agreement, or obtaining a driver's license. For others, improved skills are needed to keep a job or advance in the workplace. LIFT's objective is to help adults overcome these barriers. Since its creation, LIFT has expanded from one-on-one tutoring to a comprehensive adult education program offering classes in literacy, adult basic education (ABE), GED preparation, and computer lab instruction. LIFT offers specialized classes for learners with suspected or diagnosed learning disabilities.
