Lean Transition Solutions

The LTS University was created by Worcester based lean training company Lean Transition Solutions Ltd (LTS) in partnership with Dunlop Systems and Components Ltd, (Dunlop). Lean implementation courses offered at the site are be endorsed by the University of Coventry and accredited to deliver certificate, diplomas and foundation degrees. In addition... The Lean University uses common classroom training approaches and workshops in conjunction with a simulation room which is designed to simulate elements of lean through problem solving, kanban, flow etc. using specially designed training tools. These tools were originally developed for companies such as Audi and Lufthansa. In addition, the application area is designed to model the actual working environment for lean, allowing associates to apply lean in the workplace.
