Lean Leadership COACH

We offer many services to support the goal of business improvement and cultural change. We can facilitate blue sky visioning workshops, strategy deployment, guide you on a road-map for the lean journey, provide a lean business assessment or deliver training to your leaders and teams to help them better understand how to improve processes and lead c... hange as Lean Leaders. We have many training options available including the 1 or 2 day Lean Sigma Awareness, 3 or 4 day Lean Coach and the more advanced and in depth Lean Leadership Academy. We can also provide training on problem solving and troubleshooting or create a bespoke team building day with learning, fun, challenges, and action planning. However, if you prefer a more 'hands on' practical approach, we can run a value stream diagnostic workshop, a rapid improvement event or provide 'coaching and support' to guide, challenge and mentor you as required. How you work with us is your choice. We are flexible, adaptable and will always aim to meet and surpass your expectations. You can even elect to have us as your coaches from afar. This means you get us 'on call' for various matters, such as presentation materials, implementation advice, or simply just to bounce some ideas around or provide some specific advice on a project.Read More
