Lean & Lively is a private health studio just off Sealand Road in Chester with all the space, exercise equipment and help and support you need to be successful in fitting a healthy lifestyle into your busy schedule. The studio was purposefully set up for private and small group training only. There are no members or waves of people wandering around like you see in many big health clubs.
