Prior to founding Leadership Alternative, Jim was a founding partner of Fluid Consulting, a CIO at JayHawk Acceptance and DARC Corporation, and a manager at EDS (an HP Company). The impact of his leadership, business, technical expertise along with his character and integrity are still evident in these companies and the clients he has served. He has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He serves as Chairman of a Private School Board, Chairman of the Board of his Church and provides his leadership experience to numerous charitable organizations and causes.
