About Leader Engineering Fabrication
Leader Engineering Fabrication Inc. was organized in Napoleon Ohio late in 1984. The company started with only 6 employees in a 4800 square foot pole barn. The company's focus was the design and manufacture of high quality stainless steel components for one of the world's best known soup companies. The company nearly doubled in size within the year and by 1988 built a 24,000 square foot facility to meet the needs of the company's clients. Throughout this growth we've expanded the company's custom designed machinery and robotic integration services to the casting / foundry, printing and automotive markets. The company's Mission is to provide quality services to customers, employees, and to the community by practicing the Golden Rule philosophy: "Do Unto Others as You Would Have Them Do Unto You."
