Le Chevrefeuille

Le Chvrefeuille has two Gites (self catering accommodation), Passiflore and Grapevine, with individual private terrace overlooking our beautiful meadow garden. Our two gites are ideal for families. Le Chvrefeuille has five chambre dhote or bed and breakfast rooms all of which have private bath/shower rooms. We have two double rooms, one twin room (... two double beds) and two family rooms. The Dordogne Valley famous for the castles and Medieval Towns and Villages, and the Vezere Valley famous for being the Prehistoric Capital of the World Ian, our chef, offers regional cookery courses, as well as beautifully cooked evening meals using only the best fresh local seasonal produce. Meals and beverages are served in our magnificent Dordogne courtyard Le Chvrefeuille is very family friendly, and we make sure the children will have the time of their life. The Dordogne offers a wide range of activities for the young ones. There is more than enough here to keep the kids happy My three children and I stayed at Le Chevrefeuille for 3 nights in July 2014. It was towards the end of a three week trip. We weren't sure that we we were at the right place when we pulled up. After staying in London and Paris, the location felt pretty remote. We were warmly greeted by Sara and her children and shown to our room. The two room/1 bath suite was very clean and spacious enough for 4. It took us about an hour to unwind from city living and really appreciate where we were. From that point on, we were in love with Le Chevrefeuille. The kids had the freedom to go play soccer in the field while I could read in the garden. The location is beautiful.
