Before Founding L&C NYC Gian Carlo Lanfranco & Rolando Cordova have spent the last 15 years of their careers leading the creative departments of some of the most prestigious advertising agencies in the world (Mc... Cann New York, Havas New York, Fred&Farid Paris, BSUR Amsterdam, Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, etc.) Born in Lima, Peru, they are considered the most successful Peruvian creatives and the only ones to be interviewed multiple times by the prestigious Lürzers Archive . Prior to forming L&C NY-LIM, they worked as Global Creative Directors at McCann New York and McGarry Bowen New York, overseeing integrated global campaigns for clients like American Express, Chevrolet and Microsoft. Before moving to New York, they worked at Fred & Farid Paris, being responsible for the iconic Orangina account. Prior to that, the pair spent 5 years in Amsterdam working at Wieden+Kennedy and BSUR, launching the multi-awarded global campaign for MINI Countryman and the first ever iPhone App for Coca Cola (The Magic Coke Bottle). Earlier in their careers, they spent 2 years at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore helping the agency become Asian Agency of the Year two times in a row. They began their career at Saatchi & Saatchi Lima, where they won the first ever AKQA Future Lions in Cannes.
