With over 15 years of experience in the... industry, Kimberly has managed many different facets of home construction. Past projects include new homes, master suite additions, kitchen & bath remodels, garage additions, basement remodels, and many others. Kimberlys mission is to make sure that her clients are thrilled with the finished project. That means first listening to understand what each homeowner is seeking. From there we assess what works with the existing home and work together to create a well-defined plan and an accurate budget. Kimberlys mission also extends to a commitment to the environment. She has trained in Earthcraft House building practices and is focused on using green building materials and ENERGY STAR® rated items. Wherever possible, usable goods from a remodel are donated and site material is recycled. With her professional history in event planning, and her many years in construction, Kimberly brings strong organization skills that are a must to handle the details, budgets and timing associated with building and remodeling. She also has a keen awareness and a sense of humor about her OCD that makes it all possible! In her spare time, Kimberly finds joy in refinishing furniture, spending time on the water, and most especially spending time with her family. LB&R believes in giving back.
