Lavender & Leaf was born out of a thriving passion to develop pure, handcrafted, organic body care products that actually work. It all started with deodorant. After years of trying dozens of natural deodorants on the market I constantly remained disappointed with the results. I was never confident in my odor protection, and found that I often smell... ed WORSE wearing some deodorants than if I wore no deodorant at all! How does that work?! I was also extremely discouraged to learn that many companies claimed their ingredients were natural when, in fact, they were just cleverly marketed chemicals. With a background in biology and holistic nutrition, I knew the value of pure ingredients, and so I set out to make my own. I wanted to develop the best possible deodorant that was 100% effective, gentle, free of artificial and pseudo-natural ingredients and was completely safe.
