Rick retired in July 2016 as the Supervisory Computer System Administrator (IT Director) from the Office of the Federal Public Defender in Arizona. For nearly two decades he provided the FPD in Arizona with digital forensic services, expert witness... testimony, computer based litigation support, and network design and operations. He's worked on dozens of criminal cases and can locate, extract, and analyze the critical information you and your client need to resolve your case. He's an AccessData Certified Examiner and Certified Mobile Examiner and has presented expert testimony for the Arizona FPD in Federal District Court. Rick's been a faculty instructor at conferences and seminars for more than 15 years teaching attorneys, investigators, paralegals, and other Federal Defender Computer Systems Administrators digital forensics and computerized litigation support.
