Established in 2018. The first hand made natural colored Boba pearls. LAVA team first created 6 classic flavors: white jade (clear), brown sugar (original brown), mocha tea (cyan), mango (yellow), cherry (pink with petals), butterfly bean (purple blue). We imported the pearl machine from Taiwan, Lava Boba wants our customers to enjoy the unique exp... erience by watching the process of how the Boba pearls are made. Breaking through the old culture of Boba pearls with only dark brown, there will be a total of 10 flavors of Boba. We will introduce the honey Melon, coffee, blueberry, and strawberry in the very near future. But hold your horses we will bring the first 6 items during the opening period. Our Founder and Creator first introduced Mexican rice milk Horchata to Tesla in California in a very famous Taco restaurant. The perfected level of sweetness, the special taste, and a hint of the fruit Longan made Tesla fell in love with it immediately. With the admiration of Hochata taste, the LAVA research team created Tesla's Lava Brand creator Mrs. Mendez came to the United States 15 years ago. After living in Los Angeles for more than 10 years, she visited Houston on a business trip and immediately felt in love with the culture and Houstonian. Shortly after that memorable trip she decided to move to Houston, Texas. Growing up in Taipei, Taiwan, she is definitely a city girl. Her infinite love and passion for food & beverages makes her wanting to bring the newest, most creative and delicious drinks to her new love: Houston.
