LBCA is a fiscally sound, hard-working, and efficient organization. Staff, Board of Directors, and volunteers are always mindful that we must "level the playing field" for the vulnerable women we serve; It is simply unacceptable that, to this day, far too many Latinas are diagnosed with advanced cancer and poor prognosis for survival. Although we h... ope for a time that our services will no longer be needed, we stand today ready to work harder than ever for a tomorrow when ALL women have full access to quality health care delivered with respect and appreciation for the value of each human life.
