We are a non-profit organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada that began in the 1980's. LVPCUG relies on its members to provide unique resources for the benefit of those interested in computer s. The organization's goals are to promote fellowship among members, share computer knowledge and contribute computer expertise. Members use, recommend and ins... tall the latest products, and help individual s to utilize the capabilities of the technology they own. This is a wonderful opportunity for people to learn more about computers. You can attend a meeting presented by a knowledgeable speaker; explore your interest with Special Interest Group; get a copy of the latest newsletter that contains technical articles, reviews, and other news to read at your leisure. A General Meeting is held periodically (monthly meetings are not presently scheduled) . We usually have a well-known computer expert to present a live demonstration of the latest and greatest computer hardware, software or related service followed by a door prize drawing. Visitors are welcome to join us. We have Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that cover many areas of specialization. SIG's are composed of people who share common interests.
