Adona started Landlord PM in the summer of 2010 after branching away from Exit Slater Realtors with whom she had been company vice president and property manager since 1999, as well as her previous years in property management. Adona oversees all of the accounti... ng aspects between the homeowners and tenants. LPM consists of a well versed and cross-trained team, which handles day to day operations. Juretta Zalaznik predominantly manages any and all repairs that occur on properties. When orchestrating repairs, Juretta is constantly in contact with tenants, contractors (licensed and bonded) and owners to make sure repairs are remedied professionally and on time. Our newest member Bryan Rubio is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and handles management and lease contracts. It is Bryan's responsibility to report the condition of a home upon a tenants move out and get the property in order to market.
